St. Luke's McCall Whether you live in McCall full time or unwind here on the weekends, we’re here to support your ac St. The St. Luke’s McCall Foundation does just that.

Luke’s McCall serves the healthcare needs of people living and visiting in the Central Idaho Mountains. We are a not-for-profit, 15-bed community hospital providing 24-hour emergency services, orthopedic and general surgery, diagnostic testing, rehabilitation therapy, maternal and childbirth services, and outpatient infusion services including chemotherapy. Protecting access to healthcare in rural

areas is a challenge. Your generosity enables St. Luke’s McCall to continue to provide the technology and skilled staff to offer a range of services not usually found in critical access hospitals. The St. Luke’s McCall Foundation honors the life of Roz Campbell, who passed away on May 20. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 2 at 3:00 p.m. at McCall Cemetery.

Roz began volunteering for the McCall Memorial Hospital in April of 1996, beginning what would become 30 years of steadfast dedication to local healthcare and community wellbeing. Her generosity of spirit led her to also join the St. Luke’s McCall Auxiliary, and later the St. Luke’s McCall Foundation Board, most recently serving as the Foundation’s Vice President.

Known for her thoughtful leadership, keen eye for detail, exceptional editing skills, and willingness to ask hard questions when needed, Roz strengthened the hospital through her volunteer work in countless ways. She was both a trusted advisor and a passionate champion for outstanding healthcare in our local community.

Roz leaves behind a remarkable legacy of service, kindness, and commitment to others. Her impact on local healthcare and the McCall community will continue to be felt for years to come. She will be profoundly missed.

We’re Reopening!

St. Luke’s McCall Medical Clinic will reopen on Wednesday, June 3, and we’re excited to welcome patients back!

The clinic has been temporarily closed since February after a water pipe break caused significant flooding. Since then, our teams have worked hard to restore the space—replacing flooring, repairing walls, and ensuring everything is safe and ready for your return.

✅ If you already have an appointment scheduled, our team will be reaching out with details about returning to the McCall clinic.
Throughout the closure, our priority has remained the same—keeping care accessible. Our providers continued seeing patients at other locations on the St. Luke’s McCall campus to ensure no interruption in care.

💬 “It was a challenging situation, but our teams stepped up every step of the way—remaining dedicated to our patients and each other,” said Maureen Arnold, Practice Director of Operations.

📞 Questions or need to schedule an appointment? Call us at 208-634-1776.

Thank you for your patience and support—we can’t wait to see you back in the clinic! 💙

The St. Luke’s McCall Foundation is proud to support patients through Brighter Smiles—a program created in partnership with the Foundation, St. Luke’s McCall Auxiliary and the Adams County Health Center.

Brighter Smiles connects income qualifying patients with free or reduced-cost dental care, including fillings, x-rays, extractions, and cleanings—ensuring access to essential services that might otherwise go without.

As one patient shared:
“Having my teeth fixed has truly changed my life. For so long, I lived with pain every time I tried to eat, and it wore me down. I felt embarrassed about my smile, and it affected my confidence around people. Now, I can eat without pain, and I feel like I can smile again without hiding it. That has made such a difference in how I see myself.”

Patients living in Valley, Adams, or Idaho County can learn more or see if they qualify by contacting the Adams County Health Center dental office at (208) 253-6447.

💙 Brighter Smiles is made possible by generous donations and community grants.

Hospital Volunteer Turned Foundation Board President.

April is National Volunteer Month, and St. Luke’s McCall would like to thank its incredible team of dedicated volunteers who serve in many impactful roles for the hospital.

One such volunteer, Ron Erskine, was recently named the new Board President of the St. Luke’s McCall Foundation. Ron was first introduced to the Foundation through his volunteer work, where his experience supporting hospital staff and patients gave him a firsthand understanding of the compassionate care provided locally and inspired him to take on a larger role in advancing the hospital’s mission.

As a Foundation board member and now Board President, Ron has been a strong advocate for expanding health care services, strengthening community partnerships, and ensuring families across our region have access to exceptional care close to home.
Thank you, Ron, for all you do to support St. Luke’s McCall!
