Inward Balance - McCall Idaho

Inward Balance - McCall Idaho Through several time-honored approaches & spiritual guidance, gentle healing begins.

Inward Balance is dedicated to sound & vibrational therapy, along with energetic alignment & aromatherapy - devoted to restoring the body’s natural rhythm & wholeness. Since 2014, Lynn Johnson has devoted many years to the study and practice of alternative health and holistic healing, earning numerous certifications that inform and deepen her work. As a certified and insured practitioner in the Healing Arts, Lynn's training includes Sound and Vibrational Therapy, three levels of Reiki, EFT Tapping, Grief Coaching and Healing Circles, Cacao Facilitation, AromaTouch Techniques by doTerra, as well as five years of clinical experience as a Phlebotomy Technician for a naturopathic doctor in McCall. This diverse foundation allows Lynn to bridge energetic, emotional, spiritual and physical awareness with care that is both intuitive and informed. Each modality offered is guided by respect for the body’s innate intelligence and a belief that true healing unfolds gently, when we are supported on every level.... body, mind, heart, and spirit. Healing is not one path, but many..... each leading us back to balance in its own sacred way.

Inward Balance - Today's Pause
YOUR AWAKENING ISN’T MY ASSIGNMENT

No offenses are intentionally being made here, and none have landed either. That's the cool thing about living.
I'd like to address something in the form of a few questions and observations, with hopes we can have some intellectual exchanges for the greater good.
The title of this essay may sound a bit harsh, but it keeps coming up across these platforms we are all tuned into.....
This question has kinda been simmering:
What happens when a personal awakening has loudly turned into personal authority over everyone else?
If we as a community can understand a few of the same things that are rooted in free-wiil, like: faith, spirituality, healing, awakening, recovery, grief, growth – shouldn't we then regard these attributes as deeply individual roads and paths that we are each traveling?
Is that common sense, or a basic understanding of the human experience?
This is a legit ask, and not a passive aggressive comment.

I think people can have profound experiences with religion, prayer, meditation, sobriety, therapy, yoga, career, nature, education, stillness, sound, or something entirely different.
These experiences can be completely real, sacred and life-changing without becoming a prescription for everybody else.
Isn't that fair to say?
Ya found it. Foster it. Live it. Live it, for you.

Following God and Jesus – beautiful.
Practicing Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, Catholicism, Mormonism or another spiritual and religious traditions – beautiful.
Breathing Spirit in the mountains, beside the water, in meditation, in music, in silence and stillness – beautiful.
Agnostic, Philosophical and Mindfulness is a practice to withhold judgments until verifiable proof - beautiful.

There's lotsa beauty in this world, but when someone is claiming "this changed my life and it will change yours." Those comments become judgy preachings like:: "if you aren't doing this too, you must be asleep or disconnected, unhealed, or a snowflake," - well then clearly, something has shifted in remembering WE ALL have that wonderful gift called, free-will.
Those comments don't really scream spiritual awakening anymore - but rather viewed and received as spiritual superiority with a hint of too much spiritual ego.
Is that fair to say?

There is a difference between inviting people to bear witness and instructing people to mirror me, mirror me, mirror me.....
Inspiring is beautiful - shaming is hurtful.

As a collective, we don't have to diminish another person's path to demonstrate the beauty of our own, do we?
I think social media has blurred that line.
Being given a platform doesn't make us an authority over another person's spiritual journey or their lifestyle.
Share what awakened YOU. Share what healed YOU. Share what brought YOU closer to God, Spirit, Source, Life & Light in this big beautiful world.....
Revelations belong to each one of us, individually, and maybe one of the greatest signs of genuine spiritual growth is humility.
Yes, the profound truth of humility is understanding that there is still so much we don't know, and allowing another human being the sacred space to find their own way, just as you are finding yours.
I've had to learn this several times over, and am still a student of the line: "Live your beliefs more loudly than you announce them,"
Perhaps the greatest evidence of what we believe isn't how loudly we proclaim it – but how gently we live it.
Maybe.
If you wanna share your thoughts, I bet we could all benefit from several points of view.....

Inward Balance - Today’s Pause
Say Whaaatttt?

Self-affirmations are a powerful tool.
Repeating positive statements actively, helps to rewire your brain, training it to handle stress with greater ease.
Speaking gentle and kind truths along with words of protection into your daily practices, can actively lower your body's stress response and build self-esteem.

Your every word and thoughts can alter how you think, and if ya fill yer mind with all the good stuff - it can help to make daily challenges a little less sucky.

Be Your Biggest Cheerleader.
Be aware. Be mindful. Be kind.

Inward Balance - Today’s Pause
What the Krusty Krabs is Fascia?

Did you know that your fascia is the connective tissue that wraps and weaves around every muscle, bone, organ, nerve, and blood vessel within your entire body?
Fascia is like a road map for your inner energetic highway system, and it contains many nerve endings that sense pain and body tension.
When we are stressed, sedentary, injured, or simply carrying tension or trauma, this intricate network can become restricted, dehydrated and less fluid.

Sound and Vibrational Therapy offers gentle rhythmic stimulation that can help the body soften, relax and become more aware of areas holding tension within that fascia.
As an added bonus, combining a sound bath with intentional aromatherapy, light breathework and stillness, can help create an environment that invites the fascia and nervous system toward greater ease.

Gentle vibration and relaxation may support circulation and the body's natural fluid movement through connective tissues.

Sounds can help quiet the nervous system, allowing muscles and surrounding fascia to release some of the tension they have been holding.

As the body relaxes, restricted areas may begin to feel softer and more mobile, supporting a greater sense of ease in movement.

The goal isn't to force the body to change - these sessions help to create a safe, peaceful space where the body can soften to release and reconnect.

❤️ Aromatherapy ❤️

Being trained and certified through the doTerra company and its educational programs - I learned that aromatherapy helps balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body.
Developed by Dr. David Hill, a leading expert in integrative medicine and therapeutic applications and use of essential oils, the ArōmaTouch Technique can help to improve overall well-being and balance, by reducing physical and emotional stressors and by supporting healthy autonomic function.
The technique is simple and intuitive, and it uses dōTERRA CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade® essential oils for an unparalleled grounding experience.
Blending aromatics and essential oils with a sound immersion offers another wonderful layer to bring balance and harmony into your life.

Inward Balance - Today’s Pause
Energy Is Everywhere - Clean It

You know we are surrounded by energy all the time, right?
Our own energy, other people’s energy, and all the unknown fields we step into all day long. Good, bad or indifferent. Negative & positive, healthy or unhealthy - energy travels all across the world.
In the air, in objects, physical exchanges, our thoughts, feelings and actions....
With all that vibration, we may easily forget to tend to our own energy field.
It's kinda like leaving the front door to our homes wide open.
That certainly can allow for anything to wander in and filter through. A stranger in your home is like allowing that intruder to leave behind exhaustion, heaviness, dis-ease, emotional overwhelm, and it can even create a physical response from that which we do not realize.
It's important to understand that low vibrational energy fields include people & environmental situations. It's just like experiencing positive and happy people or places and thoughts - those can definitely help to boost your moods.
This same concept can occur on both sides of the spectrum.

To keep yourself protected - try these simple daily practices first thing in the morning.
They are essential.

Say a short prayer for protection.
Visualize a golden shield of light around your body.
Allow a protective layer or an invisible bubble to surround you throughout the day.
Smudge with sage.
Tap in safe words and use loving self affirmations.
Use essential oils, or even take a salt bath.
These simple practices can help clear away what isn’t yours and can help restore your own natural balance.
By protecting and cleansing your own fields, you may stay healthier, lighter, and more resilient to what is encountered throughout the day.
