It's hearing all the stories people tell about them, and everyone has one.

A tea their grandmother made.
A plant they remember from childhood.
A remedy that worked when nothing else did.

It's about having what you need when life happens.

A cut.
A sleepless night.
A stressed-out day.
A stomach that suddenly decides it's offended by lunch.

A few good herbs and a little preparation can go a long way.

A couple of new formulas are joining the apothecary this year.

Allergy Ally — for the sneezing, dripping, itchy-eyed pollen apocalypse currently happening outside.

Sleep Deep — for when your body is tired, but your brain suddenly wants to revisit every awkward moment from the last fifteen years at 2am.

Pretty excited about both of these!

People sometimes romanticize herbalism.

But, I can tell you it's not really romantic scrambling up a hillside for a handful of Arnica flowers while talking to yourself and wondering if this is how you die. 😂

It's a great year for Arnica flowers, and I'm in a mad scramble to harvest enough this year instead of once again wildly underestimating how much people love Arnica.

Although, to be fair, there are other factors in harvesting besides getting out there or not. But I will totally own the fact that sometimes I miss the window. 🙄

Salve will be ready toward the end of June. Maybe there's one with your name on it!
