WOW! 🌈👏 Every team absolutely showed up and showed OUT for Color Day as we wrapped up Nursing Home Week at Plantation Manor today!

Each department picked a color and fully embraced the theme with incredible creativity, festive decorations, and delicious treats. We were blown away by the effort, teamwork, and fun spirit everyone brought to the celebration!

What a wonderful week we have had alongside our team members, residents, and families. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make Nursing Home Week 2026 so special. We are so grateful for this community! 🏡✨
