Another wonderful week is ahead at Plantation Manor!

We'll begin Sunday with Christian Worship Hour, then keep the fun going all week. There's Bible study with Ernie and Color Match on Monday, and music with R.O.P. on Tuesday.

Thursday brings music with Mike, and Friday we'll welcome Legends Live before a little fall fun bobbing for apples.

Plus plenty of Bingo along the way!

Tomorrow is the Third Saturday in October, and our Crimson Tide heads to Knoxville to take on Tennessee in one of college football's great rivalries.

Our residents and staff are looking forward to another fall Saturday together, cheering on our favorite teams and enjoying good company. Here's the full SEC lineup so you know when to tune in.

Happy Global Handwashing Day from all of us at Plantation Manor!

Every October 15, communities around the world pause to celebrate something we often take for granted: clean hands. It may seem small, but washing your hands is one of the best ways to protect yourself and the people you love from getting sick.

That matters a great deal to us. As flu season arrives, adults 65 and older face a higher risk of serious flu complications, so every healthy habit helps protect our residents. Whether you’re a team member, a family member stopping by for a visit, or a friend of our community, thank you for doing your part.

Take a look through the slides for a quick refresher on when to wash, the five simple steps, and an easy way to time your 20 seconds (hint: it involves a little singing).

Fall is in full swing at Plantation Manor, and this week is full of good company! 🍂

Sunday we'll enjoy music with The Wolfs. Then there's Bible study with P. Conner and Bingo on Monday, a Spider Race Tuesday, and Cuties Sweets on Wheels rolling in Wednesday.

Thursday brings Spooky Snacks and music with LVCOG, and on Friday it's Bible study with Bro. Gary and nails with Bonnie & Kids. We'll close the week Saturday with Faith Baptist Church.

We look forward to sharing it with you!

Family matters here, and today our family wore pink.

Residents, staff, and friends gathered for our Breast Cancer Awareness Walk under a big pink heart that read Hope, Faith, Strength, and Courage. We lined up behind a banner that said it best: Her fight is our fight. Our friends from Brenda's Brown Bosom Buddies joined us too.

We walked side by side and hand in hand. Residents and staff waved pom-poms and cheered each other on the whole way, and our owner, Gavin Ball, was right there with them. We were proud to honor the survivors among us, and we thought of the loved ones we miss.

Afterward we headed inside for pink cake and frozen drinks.

We've got a wonderful week planned at Plantation Manor!

Sunday opens with Christian Worship Hour, and then the fun gets rolling: Bible study with Ernie, Ghost Blaster and Movie Day, a 10:00 Beauty Shop and Pin the Bowtie on Wednesday, and music with Mike on Thursday.

Friday afternoon we'll walk together for breast cancer awareness 🎀, and Saturday we'll gather for church.
