A very special congratulations to Richard Welsh who gained acceptance into K9s for Warriors--a very respected, celebrated and prestigious order that provides veterans with support animals. Richard has spent the last three weeks in Florida in training with his new "battle buddy," Finley. The link below is the graduation service, which is quite moving; it demonstrates the number of moving pieces it takes to give these most wonderful animals a second chance and a purpose that is greater than most of us.
