15 years ago today, June 11, 2011, I hosted my first yoga retreat!
✨️ Since then I've hosted 4 international retreats, multiple private retreats, and retreats throughout the US
✨️ It was always my dream to host a yoga retreat
✨️ When I first had the idea, I told a fellow teacher I taught with and admired
✨️ Turns out she was a HUGE negative Nancy 😏 She said no one would come: 14 ppl came. It was too far away: It was under an hour... And it was too expensive: Students were shocked how affordable it was!
✨️ Just another lesson in pursuing your dreams regardless of inside or outside negative talk
🌙 I will be hosting a Harvest Moon Wellness Retreat September 26-27th in Mchenry!! Stay tuned for details!
