There is something deeply tender about growing older consciously.

Not fighting the changes…
not pretending they are not happening…
but learning to meet ourselves with compassion through it all.

Lately I’ve been reflecting on these Wisdom Years and the practice of listening more deeply to this changing body, this changing life.

One of the lines from my recent blog reads:

✨ “Developing this language, this language of love and listening, has become paramount in my life.” ✨
