This week is World Breastfeeding Week and we want to take a moment to celebrate every mom who has chosen to breastfeed and every mom who tried her best regardless of how her journey went. 🤲

Breastfeeding can be one of the most rewarding and one of the most challenging experiences of new motherhood. There is no perfect journey and every story looks different. What matters most is that you feel supported every step of the way.

At Adriatica Women's Health our team is here to support you through every stage of your postpartum experience, including your breastfeeding journey. Do not hesitate to reach out if you have questions or need guidance.

So many women are experiencing these symptoms and have no idea that perimenopause or menopause could be the reason. Nurse Practitioner Jennifer Nuspel sees it all the time and wants you to know that what you are feeling is real, it is common, and there are answers.

If you have experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, infant death, or a related personal loss, please know that you do not have to carry that grief alone. 🪶

Our Sudden Angels support group meets virtually via Zoom on the first Wednesday of every month from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. It is a safe, compassionate space to connect with other women who understand, share in the journey, and find comfort in community.

Couples are welcome. RSVP is not required but appreciated.

Our next meeting is this Wednesday, August 5th. To join or RSVP, send us a message.

We are so thrilled to announce that our very own Dr. Labeena Wajahat welcomed a baby boy on July 15th at 1:21 PM. Mom and baby are healthy and doing beautifully!

His name is Yusuf Sikandar Ashraf. A name chosen with so much love and meaning. Yusuf, named after the prophet Yusuf AS, symbolizes integrity, wisdom, patience, and beauty both inward and outward. Sikandar means defender of men and Ashraf means honorable. He also carries the names of two of his great-grandfathers, honoring the heritage and legacy of both sides of his family.

We could not be more proud of Dr. Wajahat and we cannot wait to watch her and husband shine in this beautiful new chapter of their life.

Pregnancy is one of the most profound experiences of a woman's life, and Dr. Lori Halderman wants you to hold onto that feeling. 🤲

In this reel Dr. Halderman shares her own fond memories of pregnancy and the advice she gives her patients. When parenting gets hard, and it will, go back to that bond you created during those nine months. That love was there before anything else.
