Aziel Wellness

Aziel Wellness Doula serving DFW. Holding space for all moms and encouraging surrender to God’s supernatural plan. Hi, my name is Kholo. Aziel Wellness is my third baby.

I am a Christ follower, a wife and a mother. I am a certified doula & breastfeeding specialist, and I believe that there is so much power in mothers being aware of ALL their birth options. This education affords them the opportunity to choose how they birth.

Here’s to Nurturing Love, Sharing Wisdom, Protecting Joy and Holding Mothers!! 🍾🥂🫶🏾

Being a doula is so much more than just attending births.
One day I’ll share about this birth I’m still recovering from because a provider saw me as an enemy vs a team member.
I’ll continue to fight for the families I serve, because they deserve for their voices to be heard ✊🏾

What keeps me going on days when I wonder if I still have the strength or question things?…
Words like THESE 🥹 They remind me not to operate in my own strength because this is a calling. God will always give me what I need for every season! It helps to always take it to the fundamentals and remembering that this is so much bigger than me. It reminds me that when things aren’t always sunshine and rainbows, there are families who still want to be seen and heard. Families I still need to hold space for. The gift in me is not just for me and I’m so happy to serve!

A friend of mine said to me the other day: “Friend, you help moms welcome their babies into the world with the help of the Holy Spirit.” That is making me reflect a lot! Thank you Tiara 🫶🏾

I’m forever grateful to this family for allowing me to support them and to show up as myself. To love on them and remind them of how valuable they are. May I never take this work for granted. I get to witness miracles time AND time again 😭 What a BLESSING!! An Honour and a Privilege 🙌🏾🙏🏾

We’re concluding Breastfeeding Month and I just want to give a shout out to breastfeeding mamas out there. I know this isn’t easy (sometimes it can be, but for most… we need support).

Gabi and I are 10 months in, and going strong. The start was NOT easy at all. He was born with both a lip and tongue tie so that definitely made feeding difficult. With Zeke it took me a while to ask for help. However, with Gabi I knew better. I was determined to address issues early, so we worked with an amazing IBCLC and a pediatric dentist. I’m so happy that I still get to do this 🥹🤱🏽🍼 I chose to freeze dry my breast milk again to preserve it for as long as possible. It was an amazing decision with Zeke and we’re already seeing the benefits again this time around ☺️

The 2026 Theme is RISE! I’ll let it speak for itself.

“•Resilience: The strength needed to navigate challenges like low supply or latch issues.
•Interdependence: The acknowledgment that breastfeeding relies on community, partner, and workplace support.
•Self-Determination: A parent’s right to choose how they feed their baby without judgment.
•Empowerment: The ability to advocate for supportive policies and break times.”

So let’s keep going ✊🏾

Today, August 8th 2026, was a good day 😭
I experienced an act of kindness that reminded me that in this weird world that can seem so cruel at times… there are still really kind people 🥹🥰😍
I feel so loved!!

9 Months with the sweetest little baby boy🥹
We are SO incredibly blessed. I can’t believe how quickly time is passing by. We are all so smitten with you Gabi. I cannot wait for you to grow into the man God has called you to be, I also just want to capture every single moment while you’re still so tiny 🥰😍

Eight months later and I still can’t believe I gave birth in MY own home, in a tub!!! Home birth is so different 🥹 I am so grateful that I had the opportunity to experience it. IT HITS DIFFERENT - one of these days I’ll find the words to describe just how 😍 Having Zeke meet his baby brother right there and then, in this way… THAT will forever be one of my favourite memories 😭 It was ALL by the grace of God! I wouldn’t have been able to do any of this without first entrusting everything to Him. I commit my boys BACK to Him because only He can Cover them. My prayer as their mom is that I steward them well. I pray that they become the men God has called them to be 🙌🏾🙏🏾

*Trigger Warning* ‼️
A year ago today we found out we were pregnant with Baby Mak no.2 🥰 I had SO many emotions going through me. For those who don’t know, this was pregnancy no. 3 but we have 2 little boys earth side. I felt like pregnancy loss stole my innocence in a way. The idea that being pregnant somehow meant you’d be having a baby. I was so naive. With every pregnancy, the anxiety screams so loud and I have to remind myself that God is in control. That He didn’t give me the spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind. So when I saw the positive test… I was happy, anxious, scared to get excited, terrified beyond belief and silently hopeful 🙏🏾 I’ve had to trust God’s promise yet again. I had to take Him at His word even when things looked tricky.

My husband and I tested together because that’s just what we decided we would do since our loss. It was too devastating for us to have him all surprised and excited, then shortly after, weep like we’ve never done before. With Zeke and Gabi, I was so happy that he was there to hold my hand through the process. To pray before and after testing. It’s been 3 months of us holding our promise in our arms. Our Gabriel Mak! We LOVED having Ezekiel find out with us 🥰

The pregnancy after loss journey is a very delicate one. I thought there was a way to just move past it, that every pregnancy would just magically be without scars as reminders. However, I’ve learned that it stays with you and you just learn to navigate the grief. This doesn’t mean there’s no hope. I move forward with so much gratitude, so much JOY, and so much to look forward to. I move forward as a mom of 3, knowing that 2 things can be true at once. So if you’re navigating pregnancy after loss. I know how you hold your breath for months, and I know the SIGH of relief when you finally give birth and hold your little one in your arms. I see you and we walk together. And if you’re navigating pregnancy loss, I see you. It’s a hard and unimaginable journey. However, you don’t walk alone. We’re NEVER ALONE ❤️
