Have you ever tried this pose?🧘🏽‍♀️

It's restorative & rejuvenating,
mostly because it's easier to relax
when your back is fully supported...
in this case, by the floor.

Here's how to try it!

Lie on the floor and invert your legs
against the wall for 10 minutes.
If possible, put a bolster or pillow
under your back to open your chest area
and relax your shoulders.

How It Works

💊System Setup

Your medication management system
can be setup by you, a loved one, or a caregiver.
Pills will be refilled weekly.

💊User Reminder

When it’s time to take the medicine,
the individual pill box will light up.
After 30 minutes, if the pills have not yet been taken,
the box will blink.
After 60 minutes, the device will begin to beep,
reminding the user that it’s time to take the medication.
After 90 minutes, if the pills are still in the MedReminder,
the notification system will send out messages
to the assigned people.
