National Cheese Day was a delicious success at Village on the Park Stonebridge Ranch!

Residents gathered for an afternoon of cheese and wine pairings, fresh fruits, artisan breads, and tasty spreads while enjoying wonderful conversation and great company. The event provided a perfect opportunity for new residents to connect with neighbors, share stories, and learn more about the exciting activities and outings our community offers.

We’re looking back at our festive Cinco de Mayo Family Night, where residents and their loved ones came together for an evening full of fun, flavor, and celebration!

Guests enjoyed a delicious Mexican-inspired meal, lively music, and wonderful fellowship as families gathered to share laughter and create lasting memories. The festive atmosphere had everyone smiling, singing along, and enjoying quality time together.

We are proud to share that one of our remarkable residents, Dorothy Beames, age 101, was featured in The Dallas Morning News following our Memorial Day celebration with the talented Dallas Tap Dazzlers.

Residents celebrated National Senior Health & Fitness Day with a day full of movement, laughter, wellness, and healthy living! Residents participated in engaging exercises, friendly games, and meaningful social activities that encouraged both physical activity and connection with one another. One of the highlights of the day was our fresh fruit smoothie bar, where residents enjoyed creating their own delicious smoothies by choosing from a variety of fresh fruits and healthy ingredients. From energizing blends to immune-boosting favorites, everyone loved trying different flavors while learning about the benefits of healthy nutrition and wellness. It was a wonderful day filled with smiles, fun, and memorable moments as we celebrated staying active and living well together!

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful “Tea Around Town” bus outing to Dallas filled with laughter, friendship, and unforgettable memories. Residents explored a charming tea room setting where they sampled 14 different varieties of tea sandwiches along with an assortment of savory bites, sweets, and delicious desserts. Everyone especially loved trying different flavors of tea while socializing and enjoying the beautiful Tea Around Town bus experience. It was truly a delightful afternoon full of fun, connection, and new experiences for all involved.

Our Memory Care residents had a wonderful time playing indoor bowling today! Everyone enjoyed the fun and excitement, especially getting to try out the new bowling ramp, which made it easier for residents with limited mobility to participate independently. It was heartwarming to see so many smiles, laughter, and friendly competition throughout the game. Activities like these encourage movement, socialization, confidence, and most importantly — joy.

Our residents in Memory Care had an amazing time during Happy Hour with a fun-filled sing-along karaoke experience. Residents enjoyed delicious appetizers and non-alcoholic wines prepared specially for the occasion by our talented chef. The room was filled with laughter, music, and joyful memories as everyone sang along to classic tunes and reminisced about their favorite songs from years past. It was truly heartwarming to see residents engaged, smiling, and enjoying time together. They are already looking forward to making this a weekly tradition filled with music, friendship, and fun.
