There’s nothing quite like welcoming a new resident home. Seeing her sweet reaction as she arrived made the moment even more special. Our team was honored to roll out the blue carpet and give her the warm Stonebridge Ranch welcome she deserves.

Celebrating Our Super Nurse, Tressa!

Some nurses wear scrubs, and some nurses deserve to wear a cape!

Today, we’re celebrating our amazing nurse, Tressa, for the care, dedication, and commitment she brings to Village on the Park Stonebridge Ranch each and every day.

Tressa is always ready to step up when needed, putting the safety and well-being of our residents first. Her compassion, quick thinking, and willingness to go above and beyond are just a few of the reasons she’s our very own Wonder Woman!

Tressa, thank you for all you do and for being one of the superheroes who makes our community so special. Please join us in giving her a BIG round of applause!

Our Memory Care residents had such a wonderful time with Magnetic Poetry! Using magnetic words on a metal board, residents selected words to create sentences and their own little poems.

What made this activity extra special was how certain words sparked musical memories. “Summertime” brought back memories of the classic song from Porgy and Bess, while other words reminded residents of The Beatles’ “Let It Be.” Soon, residents were reminiscing, singing, sharing stories, and connecting memories as they created their poetry.

It was a beautiful reminder that sometimes just one simple word can unlock a treasured memory.

At 91 years young, Miss Lewis is sharing her love of Mahjong with our residents! Having once taught Mahjong at a community college, she volunteered to teach a group of ladies eager to learn. From Dragons to Bams and Craks, it was a fun afternoon of learning, laughter, and friendship!

Our residents had such a fun and delicious time making Belgian Pineapple Waffles! These weren’t just ordinary waffles—the waffle mix was specially ordered from Belgium!

They stuffed their waffles with pineapple and topped them with fresh blueberries, strawberries, whipped cream, butter, and syrup. A sweet Belgian-inspired treat that everyone absolutely loved!

Memory Care residents had a wonderful time with Mike and his live accordion music! Residents joined in for a lively sing-along while playing their own musical instruments along with the music. There were smiles, singing, and plenty of toe-tapping fun throughout the room. This monthly event is always something our residents look forward to!
