Just shared this on instagram and my friend tried it on her CRPS patient and now they can touch the palm for the first time. You will have more pain with a lack of blood flow. Twisting the skin in alternating directions above and below the creases can help with all of this. Pain, ROM. swelling and stiffness

One of my favorite ways to stretch between the fingers! Using a soft hair roller is classic. ( hair roller-original concept came from a ROM splint with my sweet friend Ylisa Gabay Young) I just modified it to use for stretching between the fingers instead.
