It is especially important to stay hydrated if you're suffering from a stomach bug. Adults should drink 1 cup of clear fluid every hour. Water, electrolyte-laden sports drinks, clear broth and rice water are all recommended to promote optimal hydration when experiencing the . Also, be sure to bypass caffeinated, sugary and/or carbonated drinks - They can sometimes make an aggravated stomach worse!
