Stillness can feel uncomfortable, especially when we are used to staying busy, distracted, or always moving to the next thing. But learning to sit with stillness can help you notice what is happening inside of you with more awareness and compassion.

This simple grounding exercise is a gentle reminder that you do not have to “do” stillness perfectly. Start small, return to your breath, and let presence be enough.
