Natural-looking results don't happen by accident.

This amazingly beautiful patient had difficulties from non-surgical attempts to rejuvenate her heavy brows. Her goal wasn't necessarily to change her features, but rather restore them. One week after rhinoplasty, it's common for swelling to show up in unexpected places.

In this case, the upper lip appears larger than normal not because the filler suddenly changed, but because post-operative swelling has settled into an area where filler is already present.

Swelling is essentially water within the soft tissues. Since filler attracts and holds water, areas with filler can temporarily look more swollen during the healing process.

This doesn't just happen in the lips. The same effect can occur anywhere on the face where filler has been placed.

Just a fun fact to show why patience is often one of the most important parts of healing.

Did you know eyelid surgery isn't just for "old" people? This beautiful patient in her 20s had genetic undereye bags that made her look so much more tired than she felt. It was something that has been bothering her for years!

Now, just several months out from her lower blepharoplasty with fat grafting, her stunning peepers are all that matter! No more "whats wrong?" or "Is everything OK?" - now it's just "Holy sh*t girl you look haaawt!!" 🔥 😏

How lovely is she?? 😍

Cass is now several months out from an extended deep plane facelift, necklift with deep sculpting, temporal brow reset, upper blepharoplasty, small chin implant, buccal fat reduction with re-grafting, and CO2 laser resurfacing.

I love how her changes are soft, elegant, and feminine. She looks refreshed, but still perfectly herself. This is my approach when it comes to facial rejuvenation.
