3 types of clients I’d recommend a hot stone massage to ♨️

1. Deep tissue clients who still feel aches and tension after their massage

There are many reasons soreness and tightness can linger, but sometimes the body needs an additional tool - heat. Hot stones help soften and warm the muscles and surrounding tissues, allowing the body to relax more deeply and helping the therapist work more efficiently into tense areas.

2. People who are always cold

Massage naturally relaxes the nervous system, and during a session your body temperature can drop - similar to when you’re sleeping. Hot stones help keep the body warm and comfortable throughout the massage, making it easier to fully melt into relaxation.

3. People with active lifestyles

Whether you’re a weekend warrior, athlete, gym-goer, or simply physically active, hot stone massage can be an excellent addition to your recovery routine. The heat pairs beautifully with deep tissue and sports massage work and can help the body feel restored after long workout weeks. If you love saunas or steam rooms, hot stone massage is another great way to experience the benefits of heat and relaxation.
