HLAA North Bay Chapter president Sara Oser (far left) is proof that sometimes, speaking up is all it takes to make a difference. After trying the assistive listening system at the Marin County Board of Supervisors, she offered feedback about what did and did not work well. The Board of Supervisors took Sara's feedback seriously and invited her to try their upgraded system. Way to go, Sara!
