Before and 2 months after voice feminization surgery (VFS). The first recording was done at our office while the second one was sent to us by our patient. The method used here is a combination of tensioning the vocal folds along with shortening them and most amazingly this is all done with no outside incisions. The cumulative effect is to thin down the vocal folds with a voice feminization and increase of the vocal pitch. We are always grateful to the patients who are willing to share their results!
