Keeping it crafty here at Fircrest with some colorful mosaic art! Every design is so unique and beautiful, just like our residents. Then we went out to the garden and picked some of our gorgeous flowers to make centerpieces for the dining room tables. We made some truly beautiful arrangements!

As always, such an amazing time with Dave! I don’t think there was a single person not singing along to House of the Rising Sun and Take Me Home, Country Roads. We enjoyed a tea party with fresh cookies and Scottish shortbread while we worked on our pen pal letters; with the start of the new school year, we can’t wait to send our first letters to our third grade pen pals!

We’ve got some great throwing arms at Fircrest! We had a bunch of fun playing with toy axes and ninja stars, and the competition was fierce indeed. We followed it with sweet tea and lemonade in the garden on a perfect afternoon. Our sunflowers are taller than we are!
