Our dedicated team provides one on one care for all ages to restore independence and the ability to complete daily activities. Two locations to better serve you:

Trinity Fitness Center is located at our McRae location only. Fitness Center

rates are $25 per month. All members are required to purchase a "key." Key cost is $10 per member and is your membership ID. Call 229-868-2174 for special group rates.
