Our 𝗟𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗺 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁-𝗨𝗽 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 is back with a special evening created to help you pause, breathe, and connect.

Join Heather Toland, Lyla’s mom, for an evening of gentle movement, yoga, and connection at Salt Fitness Club in Belmont. This gathering is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of life and spend time in a supportive space with other mothers who understand the journey of pregnancy and infant loss.

There’s no pressure to share and no expectations—just space to breathe, move gently, connect, and simply be. 💗

In honour of our 5th year serving wonderful clients like you, we are doing a drawing for some helpful products. 😀

For one lucky winner, we have a few of our favourites from Nutritional Frontiers: a trial size of Calm Day (great for daytime ), 30 servings of Mag Complete powder (a tasty lemon-lime flavour), and a shaker bottle to go with it. We also have this uplifting Pink Grapefruit, Jasmine, and Vanilla scented candle from Grove Collaboration, as well as a bucket you can use for whatever you need to at home or at your own office! (We recommend putting your supplements in it.)

We strongly encourage experiences here, so it is our that the of this bucket of goodies will enjoy the at night😌, light the candle🕯, run a Epsom salt bath🛁, get a good night's , and then try the Calm Day in the morning before they head out for the day.

Good morning friends! Loving the Fall vibes we've had the past couple of days... Kids are getting ready to go back to school and routines are beginning to start again in our home. After a super busy Summer, I have been thinking about how to reach and support more moms. It seems like one of the biggest ways that many are using support includes using the prenatal and postpartum visits. In an effort to help increase support, for my Medicaid clients, I will now be offering two separate packages for support~ one that includes in person labor and delivery support and one that focuses on including prenatal and postpartum support. Visits can be in person or telehealth after our first in person visit and we can cover a lot in an hour! Check out my website for more details and as always, please DM with questions. Looking forward to bringing more support to you as we roll out the end of the year and look toward beginning a new one!
