Thank you for your patience while we step away for a private wellness event.

One of the things we value most is helping people better understand their bodies & the role recovery plays in overall health. We’re excited for the opportunity to share our experience, educate members of our community, & continue growing as professionals.

WINNING 🏆 (in my best Charlie Sheen voice)

Tournament weekend is here, & my schedule had zero room for extras… but an emergency for just 30 min called & my heart IS bendable.

She came in carrying neck & shoulder pain that had her convinced it might never let up. After some scraping, stretching, trigger point work, & a little Lindsay-only magic, she walked out lighter, smiling, & ready for the weekend.

I’m grateful she chose me when she had plenty of options… she believes in me 🥹

Now let’s hope our boys fight their way to another championship this weekend—because today, mama already feels like a champion. 🫶

I’m officially pulling myself out of the competition… if we can even call it that 🤣💀

I, Lindsay Rickel, am no longer accepting new clients.

BUT — Lindsay Gigler is absolutely here to help. She’s worked side-by-side with me, learning my style, my techniques, & yes… all my little tricks. She’s the only one I’ve ever poured that into.

What I love most is that she’s not trying to copy me — she’s building her OWN version of massage therapy while specializing in Orthopedic Massage & Assisted Stretching. And honestly? Clients love what she brings to the table. A lot of them bounce back & forth between us depending on availability without hesitation.

At this point, we’re regularly dealing with:
“I literally have nowhere to put you in my books.”
Whole time, I’m texting Lindsay G saying:
“Please save my body.” 😂

I love that we’ve built a practice where clients are happy with “whoever is available.” That is everything I envisioned!
