Muscle Performance, LLC Welcome to Muscle Performance, LLC! I work closely with clients to customize each session to meet their needs. We are all performers, athletes, and artists.

My name is Lindsay Rickel and I established this therapeutic massage and bodywork business in Meadville, Pennsylvania in 2023. I am a fully insured, Licensed Massage Therapist with experience working with chiropractors, physical therapists, naturopaths, acupuncturists, and various health coaches. Muscle Performance's mission is to bring relief to those that are in pain, relaxation to those that ar

e tense and rehabilitation to those that are injured. I do this by providing a professional massage service with expertise in deep tissue, sports and trigger point, and medical massage. I offer a range of stretch therapies and self-care tips that will encourage healing post session. Our bodies are instruments or the tools we use to perform in life. Like any tool, the body needs to be maintained. I believe massage therapy is essential to the body's maintenance and rehabilitation. We should allow ourselves to trust the healing process and encourage the body to heal naturally with healthy eating habits, hydration, exercise & strengthening, as well as, stretching & breathing. Muscle Performance looks forward to offering our community an alternative to pain management.

🏋️ Our Strongman athlete battled his way to 4th place at All American Pro after a long recovery from a tricep tear. What a comeback!

Different sports. Different challenges. Same goal — get stronger, recover smarter, and keep showing up.

There are plenty of wolves in sheep’s clothing in every industry.

A polished social media page doesn’t tell you if someone stays current with state licensing requirements, completes their continuing education, maintains a clean professional record, practices ethically, or puts clients before their ego.

Ask questions.
Verify credentials.
Choose experience over hype.
