Families in Erie, Warren, Crawford, and Venango Counties are invited to this free, inclusive, one-day camp for children and adults with special needs or disabilities.

Participants will enjoy a memorable day alongside Pennsylvania State Police and local first responders, featuring:
🐕 K-9 demonstrations
🚒 Fire trucks
🚁 Pennsylvania State Police helicopter
💣 Bomb Squad
🚓 SERT (Special Emergency Response Team)
🎉 Activities, games, lunch, and more!

Every participant will receive a Sunny Day Camp T-shirt, enjoy lunch with new friends, and take part in a special closing ceremony with T-shirt signing by first responders.

We Have AM Openings in Our Center-Based Program!

Regional Behavioral Consultants currently has morning availability in our center-based ABA program!

Our center-based program provides children with a structured, engaging environment where individualized ABA treatment is incorporated throughout the day. Programming focuses on each client’s specific treatment goals while also creating opportunities to build skills that support greater independence across settings.

Morning programming may include opportunities to work on communication, social interaction, play and leisure skills, emotional regulation, daily living skills, transitions, following routines, and school-readiness skills, based on each child’s individualized needs and treatment plan.

At RBC, we believe progress happens through meaningful learning opportunities, consistency, family involvement, and a team that is committed to helping each child continue moving forward. 💗

Positive reinforcement can look different for every child. It might be praise, a favorite activity, a preferred item, extra play time, or something else that is meaningful to that child.

In ABA, reinforcement is individualized—what motivates one child may not motivate another! 💛

🧪🦕 STEM in Action at Regional Behavioral Consultants! 🦖💙

At RBC, learning comes to life through hands-on exploration! This week our clients became young scientists while investigating how different materials dissolve, float, sink, and change in water.

Using sensory trays, droppers, cotton, dinosaurs, and other engaging materials, our clients practiced:
🔹 Observation and prediction
🔹 Cause-and-effect thinking
🔹 Fine motor skills
🔹 Communication and language development
🔹 Joint attention and social interaction
🔹 Problem-solving through exploration

Every STEM activity is thoughtfully designed to pair science, technology, engineering, and math concepts with individualized ABA goals, creating meaningful opportunities for learning through play.
