Cone Health MedCenter Mebane was proud to be part of the Walk to End Alzheimer's - Alamance County! It was a beautiful day spent alongside individuals, families, caregivers and community members whose lives have been impacted by Alzheimer’s disease.

We’re especially grateful to support this meaningful event as the Stage Sponsor and to play a small part in bringing our community together to raise awareness, honor those affected and support the fight to end Alzheimer’s.

📚✏️ Help Us Fill the Classroom with Opportunity! 🎒

MedCenter Mebane is proud to serve as an official drop-off location for the Alamance Chamber’s Classroom Collection Campaign!

From July 13 through August 5, we invite our patients, visitors, team members, and community to help local students start the school year prepared by donating new school and hygiene supplies.

Some of the greatest needs include:
📝 Notebooks
✏️ Pencils
🖍️ Crayons & markers
🎒 Backpacks
🧼 Hygiene essentials

Every donation, big or small, helps provide students in the Alamance-Burlington School System with the supplies they need to learn, grow, and succeed.

The countdown continues... We're nine days away from our annual Independence Day Celebration.

We want to give a special shoutout to Cone Health as our presenting sponsor of this year’s celebration as well as partners including Downtown Mebane Development Corporation - DMDC for providing free trolley transportation to and from downtown, Gregory Poole Equipment Company for providing cooling stations, Chick-fil-A Mebane and Grace Church - Alamance Campus for their continued partnership and support of our staff at this year's event.

We were honored to host Dr. Paul Krakovitz, Chief Executive Officer of Cone Health, at MedCenter Mebane this week as part of his system-wide listening and learning tour.

During his visit, Dr. Krakovitz met with campus leadership, toured departments throughout the hospital, and participated in a small-group listening session with team members.

His commitment to spending time with staff, learning about our culture, and understanding our daily operations reflects the collaborative spirit that drives Cone Health forward.
