We are excited to team up with The Nest of Pennsylvania for a series of classes!

✨ What if taking care of yourself didn’t mean figuring out childcare first?

The Nest of PA is partnering with H2L Studio to make movement a little more accessible for parents. Once a month, we’ll offer an adult fitness class and a kids’ class happening at the same time so parents can move, recharge and care for themselves while their kids get to move and have fun, too.

Classes are free to attend, with optional donations supporting The Nest’s community programming.

We kick things off September 26 with:
🧘 Adult Yoga with Lyndsay
🏃 Kid’s Bootcamp with Kathie | Ages 5–10

A monthly movement series designed to make wellness more accessible for parents. While parents take a fitness class, kids enjoy a movement class of their own at the same time, removing one more barrier to making space for yourself.
