โ–ช๏ธMellow has moved to midweek! You can now catch Heather on Wednesdays at 6:45pm - starting this week!

โ–ช๏ธWednesday 530pm Vinyasa will have a rotating Freebird team member until the new year. Flow with a teacher you might not typically get to move with - starting this week!

Haley has completed two 200hr teacher trainings and taken a bunch of continuing education courses in topics that she loves (creative sequencing, sutra study, anatomy, prenatal yoga. yoga nidra, to name a few). And we are SO excited sheโ€™s back on the schedule at Freebird
