Today, we are announcing the retirement of Physician Assistant Scott Berlin. Please see his letter below:

To my patients,

I am writing to inform you that I will be retiring on November 19, 2026. It has been my honor to participate in your medical care. Any appointments that you have scheduled with me beyond November 19, 2026 will be moved to Ryan Overdorff, PA-C at the same office location. You do not need to call the office to rebook. I am confident that Mr. Overdorff will continue to provide you with compassionate, high-quality care. West Shore Family Practice will maintain your medical records for a minimum of 10 years should you need to have copies sent to any of your other medical providers. Thank you again for allowing me to serve you. I wish you a healthy future.
