Self-Ease After Dark—We gave ourselves permission to find ease. And what a night it was. 🧘🏾‍♀️♾️

We welcomed people trying yoga for the first time, people experiencing Yoga Infinitum for the first time, seasoned yogis, and fellow yoga instructors whose presence made me feel truly honored. Different experiences, one room—and everyone had a place in it.

We found stillness and movement. We breathed and paused. We relaxed and chilled. The art gallery surrounded us in expression. And the one and only DJ OneNate gave us the Sade soundtrack on his Tove’ to vibe and flow through the evening.

A special happy birthday shout out to Karimah! Thank you for choosing to celebrate with us and for her family and friends coming out to show her some love. What a beautiful addition to an already memorable night.

Thank you to EVERYONE who spent your Friday night with us. The energy in that gallery was something special.

Las clases bilingües de yoga regresan mañana y esperamos verlos! A partir de esta semana nos reuniremos los jueves de 12:00 p.m. a 12:45 p.m., excepto el tercer jueves de cada mes. Cada clase es una oportunidad para mover el cuerpo, reducir el estrés, mejorar la flexibilidad y la fuerza, y dedicar 45 minutos a cuidar de su bienestar en un ambiente acogedor y de apoyo.

The bilingual yoga classes are back tomorrow, and we hope to see you! Starting this week, we will meet on Thursdays from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m., except for the third Thursday of each month. Each class is an opportunity to move your body, reduce stress, improve flexibility and strength, and spend 45 minutes taking care of your well-being in a welcoming and supportive environment.
