Recent research has again proven that exercise can help reduce the risk for obesity and the risk of type II diabetes. The caveat is that exercise performed in the morning or afternoon is more beneficial than evening exercise.

Exercise performed in the morning jump starts your metabolism so that you burn increased calories throughout the day.

The time of day people exercise may influence their likelihood of having obesity, or even developing type 2 diabetes, say two studies that suggest exercising in the evening is the least beneficial.
