Elise York Oregon LMT 14499 has been a Massage Therapist in the Rogue Valley since 2008 and practicing since 2007. I moved here from Bend in Central Oregon where I completed my Massage Training. I continued my education at Southern Oregon University, and recieved a Bachelors of Science in Health and Physical Education in 2010. I sought out this degree to enable me to better serve in the Massage Th

erapy and healthcare fields. My specialties in Massage Therapy are swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, PNF stretching and many others- I look forward to using a combination of all the techniques I know to help each individual person achieve a happy, active and pain free lifestyle. Nationally Certified by the National Certification Board for Massage and Bodywork since 2007.
