"My favorite place in the whole wide world, besides Disneyland!!" LOL!

Our office sends each caregiver a birthday card and a coffee gift card on their special day, and Toni's response to the gift card made us smile!

She also thanked the Medford branch office for their compassion, support, and integrity- which means more than she knows.

A little shoutout to our office crew for keeping birthday love going, and to Toni for sending some right back!

We may be a workplace, but we want our caregivers to feel supported and happy to be here- with a little Disney magic of our own!

🌟 Caregiver Spotlight: Natalie | Redmond

Meet Natalie, one of our Redmond caregivers! Her hiking photo fits her perfectly—she loves hiking in the mountains, camping, staying active, and pretty much anything that gets her outdoors. Her favorite food is Italian, especially pasta!

For Natalie, caregiving is about much more than helping with someone’s day-to-day needs.

“I’ve always found purpose in being there for people, especially during moments when they need a little extra support and patience. What I love most about caregiving is the connections that come with it and getting to know my clients beyond just their daily needs. Caregiving has become more than just a job to me—it’s something I truly value.”

CeCe has been married for 23 years and has six amazing kids (with five now grown!). Family is everything to her, and that caring heart shows in the way she supports her clients.
One of her favorite things about caregiving is knowing that the little things she does can make someone’s day a little brighter. That’s what keeps her excited to show up each day and care for the people she serves.

Central Oregon New Outlook Caregiver spotlight- Carrie lives in Bend with her two wonderful kiddos, who are truly her world. Together they enjoy thrifting, exploring estate sales, and finding fun adventures around town. She also loves baking, cooking, and sharing good food with the people she loves.
When she’s not with family, Carrie enjoys spending time outdoors camping, kayaking, biking, and soaking up all that Central Oregon has to offer.
That caring nature shines through in her work with clients. Carrie enjoys helping people maintain a better quality of life and takes pride in building meaningful relationships with those she serves. 🎳 Last week, our New Outlook Medford branch gathered at Lava Lanes for a Caregiver Appreciation & Connection Night!

We truly care about our caregivers—not only for the important work they do, but for who they are. We want them to feel appreciated, supported and connected with our office team and with one another. 💙

Clients and families were warmly welcomed too! Owner Jeff and his family joined the fun, along with our wonderful Medford office team, Rain and Tanya.

Congratulations to Jay G., who won a $100 Fred Meyer gift card, and Toni B. and Sabrina, who each won a $25 DoorDash gift card! 🎉
