A special thank-you to Katrina at our Medford branch! 💛

Katrina is kind, compassionate, and always willing to go above and beyond. Recently, when another caregiver was struggling with a client transfer, Katrina showed up during her own off time to lend a hand and make sure both the caregiver and client were safe and supported.

That willingness to step in, help a teammate, and care deeply for others is exactly what makes Katrina so special.

OFFICE TEAM RECOGNITION: TERRA & RAIN

Our Medford nurse, Tina, recently shared a wonderful example of Rain and Terra going above and beyond.

After receiving an urgent communication involving an infection-control concern, Rain & Terra immediately recognized the importance of the situation. Without waiting to be asked, they contacted the appropriate team members, clearly communicated the nurse's instructions, and made sure the necessary precautions were understood and followed.
Tina shared how relieved she was to know they had taken such quick, thorough, and caring action:
"Rain and Terra demonstrated excellent judgment, initiative, and genuine concern for the safety of our caregivers, clients, and their families. Their response was a wonderful example of excellent work, and I am incredibly grateful for both of them."

Central Oregon Caregiver Meetup ❤️

We had a wonderful time gathering with caregivers Courtney, Andrea, Ana, Natalie, and Elena, along with Nurse Kathy—who rode her motorcycle there! 🏍️ Jeff, one of our owners, also drove down to join us.

We shared what brought each of us into caregiving, and Stony and Nicole thanked the team for their dedication and hard work. We left feeling incredibly proud of this team and honored they chose New Outlook. ❤️

With over 17 years of caregiving experience, Brandi brings a contagious laugh and an upbeat, can-do attitude to every shift at New Outlook. Her clients love her positive energy and know they can count on her for just about anything. Known for being especially handy, Brandi often goes the extra mile—fixing things, solving problems, and making life a little easier and more comfortable for those she cares for.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her two border collies and has a love for Hawaiian food and spaghetti.
