It's Friday, which means, your feet have earned a break!
Whether you've been on your feet all week at work, logging miles, or just going about your busy life, your feet carry you through it all! Here are 4 simple ways to show them some love this weekend:
Swap your shoes : Give tight, narrow, or high heeled shoes a rest. Opt for something roomy and supportive this weekend.
Soak your feet: A warm water soak for 10–15 minutes does wonders for tired, achy feet. Add some Epsom salt for extra relief!
Elevate when you can, and prop your feet up while you watch TV or read. Even 15 minutes reduces swelling and improves circulation.
Stretch those toes: Gently spread and flex your toes to ease tension and stiffness. Especially helpful if you deal with bunion or hammertoe discomfort!
