When it comes to Pride, people should be able to celebrate in ways that make them feel safe, happy, and proud, even when alcohol is present.

Attending with supportive friends, hydrating with water and other nonalcoholic drinks, setting limits and showing up to earlier events are all great ways to drink less while showing up as your authentic self 🌈❤️

Take steps to stay safe in the heat:

👵 Check on older adults, neighbors, and others who may need extra help.

Know the signs of heat-related illness and seek medical attention if symptoms become severe.
