In Your Own Rhythm is back with Tori + AnnaMaria + Camren for an evening of somatic movement, body awareness + following what actually feels good instead of trying to make it look a certain way.

No choreography. No performance. Just room to move, notice + see where your own rhythm takes you.

November 3rd • 7:00–8:30pm with

Tori + AnnaMaria are taking over the room for a night built almost entirely around doing less.

Soundscapes + Nidra Night combines Yoga Nidra with live sound for 90 minutes of supported rest, guided awareness + absolutely no expectations. Basically: get comfortable, lie down + let them handle the rest.

Men are often expected to be fine until they very obviously aren’t. That’s part of why we wanted to open the room for this.

This Thursday, Zen + Tonic is hosting a FREE Men’s Talking Circle for Southern Oregon men who want somewhere to have a real conversation without turning it into a performance.

No pressure to share. No unsolicited advice. Nobody trying to fix anybody.

You don’t need to come with a crisis or some perfectly formed thing to say. You can talk, listen, or just sit in the room + see what comes up.

🗓️ Thursday, October 22
⏰ 6:00–7:00pm
💰Free to attend
📌All men are welcome.

There are a lot of ways to practice here.
Some classes are quiet. Some are stronger. Some classes are spicy, others calm. There are days you come in wanting to work + some days the win is simply getting yourself onto a mat.

Zen + Tonic was never meant to be one version of yoga. That’s kind of the point.

Happy Monday Fam.

Yoga at the Farm is back this Sunday with Tori. 🌿

We’re slowing things down with Yin at 10:30am, using longer-held, floor-based postures to work with mobility + give the body a little more space to settle.

If spending Sunday morning outside with bolsters and a bunch of people lying on the ground sounds good to you, you’re probably our people.

Meet us at Dunbar Farms.

Tori had everybody in Supported Candlestick yesterday and apparently the entire room understood the assignment 🕯️😂.

It’s one of those poses that looks a little ridiculous from across the room but feels surprisingly good once you’re in it. Supported, upside down-ish + somehow, exactly what your nervous system ordered.

Also, this photo is giving synchronized swimming team on dry land. Just saying.

P.S. New to Yin Yoga? Yin is a slower practice where poses are usually supported and held for longer periods, giving the body time to settle rather than constantly moving on to the next shape. It can be a really valuable practice at any age.

Some of the biggest benefits include:

* improving and maintaining mobility
* gently working with the connective tissues around the joints
* building body awareness without requiring a high level of fitness
* creating space to slow down and regulate after a busy day
* learning how to stay present with sensation without immediately reacting to it

You do not need to be flexible to start Yin. That would sort of defeat the purpose. xoxox

No big announcement today. Just opening the doors for another week and hoping you’ll come spend some of it with us.

If life feels particularly loud lately, the studio is here. Come move, breathe + get out of your head for a while.
