Our social skills groups are officially approved to serve Alta Regional Center clients! 🎉

If you know a child, teen, or young adult who could benefit from building friendships, practicing social skills, and connecting with peers in a fun, supportive environment, we’d love to help!

Our groups combine evidence-based social skills instruction with activities like:
🎮 Games
🎨 Arts & crafts
🍳 Cooking
🤝 Team-building activities
💬 Friendship and communication practice

We welcome individuals with autism, ADHD, other neurodivergent profiles, and anyone who could benefit from extra support with social confidence and peer interactions.

For our California families looking for a more sensory-friendly haircut experience, we wanted to highlight a wonderful local resource.

Traditional salons can be overwhelming for many neurodivergent individuals due to loud blow dryers, bright lights, busy environments, and unexpected sensory input. Tangle Free has intentionally created a low-sensory environment designed to help clients feel comfortable, respected, and supported throughout their visit.

We love seeing local businesses take meaningful steps toward inclusion because accessibility extends far beyond healthcare, it happens throughout our communities.
