What 56 of our customers told us about their long COVID symptoms
We have been selling CelWel for 15 months, mostly through integrative medical practitioners. Every box includes instructions for an online symptom survey. Customers fill it out once before they start CelWel and again after two to three weeks. Anyone who completes both surveys gets a personal report showing how their symptoms changed.

The survey covers 70 symptoms grouped into 15 categories. Each symptom is scored from 0 to 4: 0 means the person doesn't have it, and 4 means they have it frequently and severely.

So far, 77 customers have completed both surveys. Of those, 56 listed COVID as one of their conditions. We know our customers, so "COVID" here means people still dealing with the lasting effects of a past infection (long COVID), not people with an active infection. Most of the 56 also reported other conditions or co-infections, such as Lyme disease. Twelve listed COVID as their only condition.

The chart shows the 15 individual symptoms (out of 70) whose change was statistically significant. Gray dots are the average score before CelWel and teal dots are the average after. A p-value is the probability that a change this large would show up by chance alone; the smaller the number, the less likely the change is random. Every category improved on average, and none got worse. Eleven of the 15 categories stayed significant under the Holm adjustment, a stricter test that accounts for running many comparisons at once.

We want to be clear about what this is and isn't. This is real-world, self-reported data with no control group. Not every customer returned the second survey, and the people who did may not represent everyone. We make no claims about CelWel. We're simply sharing what our customers told us, in the hope that it encourages properly controlled research.

You can see and vote on the CelWel proposal here: https://lymex.crowdicity.com/post/889191 Since we have shown that CelWel successfully helps 75% of the people with chronic Lyme, we have submitted our idea that NIH needs to fund the double-blind clinical trial on using the ingredients of CelWel to treat Lyme patients. No one in the private sector will fund that trial because the ingredients are not patented.
