Medina County Women of the Military We are an organization of women who are serving in, or have served in the armed forces. Our dues of $12.00 a year help to offset administrative costs.

Our regularly scheduled events include membership meetings, participation in the Medina County Memorial Day parade, and social events. We welcome any women in or around Medina County who has served, or is serving in the military who is interested in sharing these goals and activities. We hope to see you at one of our events and that you will consider membership in the organization.

Free Legal Clinic for Veterans

Are you a veteran in Medina County who needs legal guidance? Community Legal Aid is offering a FREE legal clinic at the Medina County Veterans Service Office.

Veterans can meet with an attorney to discuss issues such as:

Financial concerns
Housing
Employment
Criminal records
End-of-life planning
Public benefits
And more

Walk-ins only — no appointment needed!
Must be a veteran to participate.

A Quick Update From MCVSO
If you've contacted our office recently, you may have experienced a longer wait than you're accustomed to. We want you to know that we're aware of it, and we're working on it.

Over the past several weeks, some of our team members have moved on to new opportunities, and we've also welcomed new members to the MCVSO team. They are currently completing training so they can provide the knowledgeable, accurate service our veterans deserve.

Training takes time, especially when it comes to VA benefits and claims. We’d rather take the time to train our staff correctly than rush the process.

We appreciate your patience as our new team members get up to speed.

Our goal remains the same: providing Medina County veterans and their families with the knowledgeable, professional, and timely service they deserve.

Thank you for giving our new staff a little grace while they learn the ropes.
