📢☺️ Time to apply for this month's IVF Grant 🎁✨
The recipient of our December IVF grant will receive:
🎁 Treatment with Medication Package - which includes our base IVF package plus the medications in our Standard Dose IVF protocol, a $6,300 value
🎁 Up to a 7-night stay at the Aloft Syracuse Inner Harbor, Holiday Inn Colorado Springs Airport, or Buffalo Airport Hotel (if coming from out of the area and needing accommodation)
🎁 Enrollment and 3 Month Access to Fertile Hope Yoga
🎁 $100 gift card to Molecular Fertility

Other important details:
The application period closes on Wednesday December 31st 2025, at 11:59 PM PST.
Even if you submitted an application for a previous month's giveaway, you need to re-submit one for December.
One application per couple (if applicable).
All gifts must be redeemed within one ear of the grant closing.
You must not have insurance coverage for anticipated treatment.
The recipient will be contacted within the first week of the new year!
