We are excited to announce our next Art Therapy Group Session on November 13, where we will be focusing on gratitude, its impact on mental health, and practical ways to integrate gratitude into daily life.🎨🫟🎨🫟

During this engaging session, participants will explore gratitude through creative art activities while learning how gratitude can improve emotional well-being, increase resilience, and support positive mental health. This is a wonderful opportunity for children to combine their artistic abilities with valuable mental health skills in a fun, supportive environment.🩵

Space is limited to only 8 participants, so we encourage families to reserve a spot as soon as possible.💜

To register, please email [email protected] and confirm your child’s (or children’s) name. Registration requests must be received at least 24 hours before the session.💜
