Grateful for the Bottoms (many) I had to hit to be where I am today.
Sounds weird nope we all have them. I have had several.

Been living a Clean & Sober life not just from a Drug, or Alcohol People Places Things.
I know I have no control over anything except me.

As an adult version of myself I am speaking from. Not going into my childhood which I see very positive btw new perspective.

Keeping my head where my feet are. Is such a cliche but it works.

Accountability and Discipline it doesn’t just happen it’s doing the hard things friends. The willingness to move forward Saying No, accepting, Listening-more than talking, sowing seeds of thankfulness and gratitude not gossip.
Not being stuck in a negative mindset, and NoT comparing.

Fear False Evidence Appearing Real….keeps us stuck in our heads, and trust me I have been there.

I found my people they are on here and I am so blessed to know them. From Childhood to Adulthood and some new friendships I call Family.
