Autumn House, located in Melbourne, Florida, is an assisted living facility created to address the care and needs of residents with Alzheimer's, other forms of dementia, or cognitive impairment. Autumn House has one purpose…to provide an exceptional quality of life for our residents through compassionate care, upholding dignity, and meeting their individual needs throughout their lives.
