Today is Patriot Day. At Greenwood Place, we pause to honor and remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001.

Across the country, flags are flown at half-mast — at the White House, on government buildings and on homes throughout our communities. We invite you to join in a moment of silence at 8:46 a.m. (EDT), the moment the first plane struck the North Tower of the World Trade Center 25 years ago.

Let us take this time to remember, reflect and honor those we lost.

Crafting, chatting and creating! Our residents had a wonderful time decorating their own tote bags and showing off their creativity. What a fun way to spend a day together!
