Anne "Sulli" M. Schultz
Anne “Sulli” M. Schultz, age 66, of Melbourne, Florida, formerly of Niagara, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully in her sleep on July 18, 2026.
Sulli was born on April 29, 1960, in Summit, New Jersey, to her loving parents, George H. McKelvey Jr. and Anne “Ba” McKelvey.
While her family grieves the loss of her beautiful presence, they find comfort in knowing that she has been peacefully reunited with the love of her life, her beloved husband, Dan, and her precious son, Kevin. What was once separated by loss has now been made whole again.
Sulli wore many hats throughout her lifetime and worked in many different roles, but the one that stands out most was her most recent. She dedicated her career to the Brevard Association for the Advancement of the Blind (BAAB), where she began as office manager and later served as program director. She loved her work and found true joy in helping others. Even after retiring, she returned to volunteer several days a week, continuing to serve the organization and the people she cared about. Her compassion, dedication, and servant’s heart left a lasting impact on everyone who knew her.
She found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She loved trivia, puzzles, and games that kept her mind sharp. Sulli was happiest spending time by the water, whether at the lake or the ocean, soaking up the sunshine. Those peaceful moments brought her comfort. Above all, she treasured every moment with her family, creating memories filled with love, laughter, and togetherness. Talking about her daughter, Tori, and her granddaughter, Averie, was often the highlight of her day. Her warm heart and joyful spirit will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Those who knew Sulli will remember her as someone who loved deeply, laughed often, and always put others before herself. She had a caring heart, a quick wit, and a gentle way of making everyone feel like family. Her kindness, optimism, and unwavering love were the foundation of her life. Along with her famous saying, “No news is good news,” her legacy will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Daniel Schultz, whose love she cherished throughout their 14 years of marriage before he was taken far too soon; her beloved son, Kevin Schultz, whose passing left a space in her heart that was never filled; her loving parents, George H. McKelvey Jr. and Anne R. McKelvey; and one sister.
She is lovingly survived by her daughter, Victoria Schultz, and cherished granddaughter, Averie Van Hulla, both of Niagara, Wisconsin; her brother, George McKelvey III, of Melbourne, Florida; her nieces and nephews; and many extended family members and dear friends who will forever cherish her memory.
For her Florida family and friends, a funeral mass will be celebrated at Ascension Catholic Church on Tuesday, August 25, at 11:00 a.m. Burial in the Memorial Garden will follow for immediate family. Family and friends are then invited to gather for a reception in the church hall to celebrate Sulli’s life and share memories.
For her family and friends in Niagara, Wisconsin, a celebration of life will be held at Pit Stop Bar and Grill on Saturday, September 12, at 3:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor her memory by spending time with those you love, extending kindness to a stranger, and embracing each day with gratitude—just as she did.
