Imagine this.
You joined CrossFit a year ago.
You're becoming the healthiest version of you.
You feel better physically and mentally and the benefits of exercise are positively impacting every aspect of your life: your relationship is better, you have more patience with your children.
But then you hurt your back.
You make an appointment with your P*P and they tell you "of course you hurt your back, CrossFit is bad for you."
They give you no guidance on how to stop your back pain AND continue your fitness journey.
You try to push through it but the pain worsens.
You find yourself going to class less and less and ultimately cancel your membership.
Your physical and mental health start to suffer.
All because you didn't have the right provider on your team.
A 2019 study showed half of all adults in the US have some form of cardiovascular disease, with rates projected to increase.
Studies have shown that adults are not getting the recommended amount of physical activity and 110,000 deaths could be prevented annually with just an additional 10 mins of physical activity a day.
