What are your fitness goals this year?
Here’s why I ask:
First, I want to support you in your health & fitness goals.
Second, I want to give you the best possible chance pain does not “derail” your progress.
Which is why, this year, I’ve decided to be proactive.
Here’s how:
See, almost every January, I see new clients who get injured exercising because they didn’t realize their knee, hip, back, neck, ankle, or shoulder was stiff…
And that stiff joint turns to pain.
Generally, they’re worried they tore something, have arthritis, or, at its worst, fear they’ll need surgery.
So, to prevent this from happening… I’m offering “Readiness Exams.”
Which could also be dually called “Instead of Waiting For Something to Go Wrong Exams.”
It’s for anyone who plans to exercise more this year & wants to prevent a problem from sneaking up on them.
By the end of this visit, you’ll know:
>> Which joints are stiff (and in what directions)
>> Any and all muscle imbalances (e.g., left side vs right side)
>> What movements could lead to pain problems & what to be cautious about
>> What “warmup” and “cooldown” movements & exercises you can do to correct the problem(s) above… so you can stay healthy & active while avoiding injury
If you’re interested in the “Readiness Exam,” HIT REPLY and let me know by January 31. Or call/text at 901-286-2882.
