You asked. I listened. 💜

Sound Bowl Therapy is officially AVAILABLE TO BOOK ONLINE! 🔔✨

After so many of you asked about bringing the sound bowl experience from the park into a more intimate setting, I’m excited to now offer individual and small-group sessions at Healing is Kee.

A few things to know:
• In-studio group sessions are limited to 5–6 participants for comfort and the best experience.
• Off-site group sessions are available! Maximum participants will depend on the event/location and setup.
• Travel fees may apply for off-site sessions.
• Private group, wellness event, corporate & special occasion bookings are welcome.
• Advance booking is required.

This is more than just sound — it’s a moment to pause, breathe, release, and reconnect. 🤍

✨ PILATES, PANELS & MASSAGE ✨

I was honored to be a part of the Pilates & Panels experience, creating space for women to pause, breathe, reconnect, and prioritize their well-being. Of course I had to bring the healing hands!

A special THANK YOU to Janerika Owens for creating such an intentional space and allowing Kee Woods to be a part of it. Your vision, energy, and commitment to bringing women together was truly unmatched! 🧡

And to the incredible women who shared their stories, wisdom, and voices on the panel—thank you for reminding us of the power of representation, resilience, and community. ✨

🚨 BIG NEWS. BIG MOVES. NEW CHAPTER. 🚨

This morning was one for the books! 🎥✨ I officially made my NEWS DEBUT on Channel 5, demonstrating massage therapy alongside the director of the program.

But the biggest announcement? 👀

🎓 I’M OFFICIALLY A MASSAGE THERAPY INSTRUCTOR!

From healing bodies to educating future therapists, I’m stepping into a new role that allows me to pour into the next generation while continuing to grow my own legacy.

I’m beyond grateful for the opportunity, the journey, and every door that continues to open. 🙏🏽

Huge thank you to Action News 5 for having us and making my first television appearance one I’ll never forget! 💜

The student. The therapist. The educator. The entrepreneur.
And baby… we’re just getting started. 🔥

Behind the scenes of being a mobile LMT! This is the “fun” part they left out of the job description 🥴 . Can anyone else relate to the struggles of being mobile?
