How you start the morning shapes everything that follows. You don't have to overhaul your life. Even 10 minutes of intention in the morning can shift the tone of the whole day.
A few gentle habits to consider:

Before you reach for your phone - take three slow, deep breaths first
Stretch for just 5 minutes. Roll your neck, open your chest, reach overhead.
Set one simple intention for the day - not a to-do list, just one word or feeling
Drink a glass of water before coffee

19 years!

That's how long Calming Influence has been right here in midtown Memphis, taking care of this community - one appointment at a time.

We've had clients come to us through stressful jobs, health challenges, big life changes, and hard seasons. And we've had the privilege of being a small but consistent source of relief throughout it all.

To every person who has trusted us with your time, your body, and your wellbeing over the years - thank you. From the bottom of our hearts. We don't take that trust lightly. We never will.

Before you dig in - take 5 minutes for your body.

Gardening season is here, and we love it. But getting down in the dirt - bending, kneeling, reaching - puts real strain on your back, shoulders, and hips.

Try these quick stretches before you start:
• Gentle neck rolls (5 each direction)
• Standing forward fold - let your upper body hang loose for 30 seconds
• Hip circles - hands on hips, slow circles both ways
• Shoulder cross-body stretch - hold 20 seconds per side

Your garden will still be there. Give your body a little love first. And when those muscles remind you later that you worked hard today? We're here!
