Earlier this week, Associates joined Memphis Grizzlies and Grizz Community at Grizz Take Action Day of Service. The Day of Service helped connect unhoused neighbors with valuable resources throughout Memphis. Together, volunteers provided more than 400 meals and 1,500 hygiene kits, making a meaningful impact on those in need.

Methodist South Hospital hosted its annual Whitehaven Healthy Community Day over the weekend, .

V101's Stan Bell emceed while instructors from the Georgette and Cato Johnson Branch YMCA led the crowd in line dancing.

This event provides the Whitehaven community with free health information, health screenings, healthy cooking demonstrations with samples, inflatables and other fun activities for kids.

Happy New Year!
We are thrilled to announce the arrival of our first babies of 2025! Born just hours into the new year, these precious little ones are already bringing joy to their families and our entire hospital team.

👶🚼Everett Powell was born at 12:43 a.m. to Morgan and Barrett Powell, of Hernando, at Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital. Everett is 7 pounds, 14 ounces, 20 inches.

👼🚼Khemistry Saige Dean was born at 3:47 a.m. to Kchloe and Fredrick Dean, of Senatobia, at Methodist Olive Branch Hospital. Khemistry is 7 pounds, 1.2 ounces, 19 inches.

👼🚼Ava was born at 1:05 p.m. to Lon-Nisha Stewart and Alfred Bowens, of Memphis, at Methodist South Hospital. Ava is 8 pounds, 8 ounces and 20 inches.
