Short answer: often, yes.

Many women with uterine fibroids conceive naturally and carry healthy pregnancies. But it depends on where the fibroids are:
Inside the uterine cavity (submucosal) — most likely to interfere with implantation
Large fibroids — can distort the uterus or cervix, affecting s***m movement
Near the fallopian tubes — can occasionally block egg and s***m from meeting

Bottom line: having fibroids doesn't mean you can't get pregnant. Size and location matter more than the diagnosis itself.

Knee osteoarthritis relief without surgery? A new study out of Charité Berlin found that a minimally invasive procedure called genicular artery embolization (G*E) — using tiny beads to calm inflamed blood vessels and nerves around the knee — cut patients' pain roughly in half (from 7/10 to 3/10) over 12 months, with improved mobility, quality of life, and no major side effects. Tested in 194 people who hadn't responded to physio, meds, or injections. Bigger trials still needed, but it's a promising new option between shots and joint replacement.
