As we get closer to this year’s Signature HealthCARE Hall of Fame, we want to spotlight some of the incredible nominees this year.

Each year, the Hall of Fame celebrates residents, stakeholders, and community members whose stories reflect what Signature HealthCARE is all about — compassion, service, and the everyday moments that make our communities feel like home.

Meet Nadine West, a resident nominee from Morgantown Care & Rehabilitation Center. At 99 years old, Nadine is one of only two living graduates of her 1946 high school class. She raised six children and taught them the value of hard work along the way. Her love of reading even inspired her granddaughter to name a bookstore in Glasgow, Kentucky, after her.

Join us in celebrating Nadine and the many nominees being recognized this year as we count down to the 2026 Hall of Fame taking place on November 5th for most of our facilities.

Pumpkin crafts, spooky art, witch hat ring toss, and a trip to the orchard are just a few ways our residents and stakeholders are making the most of the season.

Yesterday, we celebrated our annual pin ceremony, recognizing stakeholders for 1, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years of service with Signature HealthCARE.

It was inspiring to hear stakeholders share how they’ve grown throughout their careers, built lasting relationships and made a meaningful impact along the way.

We’re proud to celebrate every milestone and the people who continue to grow, lead and make a difference with Signature HealthCARE!

We’re kicking off Physical Therapy Month by celebrating the power of physical therapy through the eyes of our residents.

After suffering a stroke last year, Cindy Hawkins, a resident at Signature HealthCARE of Bowling Green, couldn’t walk, talk or swallow. Last month, she competed in the soccer shootout at the Signature Olympics, an emotional moment that showed just how far she has come.

Cindy credits her incredible therapy team for helping her get there.

For Nichole Morrow, Director of Nursing at Liberty Care and Rehabilitation Center, the residents and fellow stakeholders are what make each day special. She loves the family-oriented atmosphere and the relationships that make Liberty feel like home.

Nichole recently brought that same spirit and enthusiasm to our regional Signature Olympics in Wi******er, where she was recognized for going above and beyond.

For the past three years, Chris has volunteered at Signature HealthCARE of Bremen, bringing joy through clarinet solos, puzzles, bingo, walks, one-on-one visits and even fishing trips out on the boat.

Why does he do it? In his words, for a “very self-centered reason: it brings me joy.”

For Chris, that joy is rooted in his faith and a calling to love and serve others. He says he gets back far more than he gives through the friendships he’s formed and the moments they share.

Thank you, Chris, for three years of showing up, serving with purpose and bringing a little extra joy to Bremen!

The final Signature Olympics event of 2026 is in the books! 🏅

Residents from 11 Signature HealthCARE communities came together in Louisville today for the Derby City Signature Olympics, bringing plenty of competition, team spirit and fun.

From grand entrances and friendly competition to medals and celebrations, our resident athletes once again showed us that determination, resilience and joy have no age limit.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s Signature Olympics so special, and congratulations to all of our athletes!
